Coherent Breathing

This is a method of breathing to add congruency, relaxation and more intention to your life.  If you struggle with sleep, debilitating stress, feeling chaotic more often than not and overall unbalanced, this is the exercise for you.

Coherent breathing involves only the nose and 5 – 30 minutes of your time.  The key is to have the same breath in and the same breath out, a controlled inhale to exhale.  The research suggests a 6 second inhale and 6 second exhale for an adult and 4 seconds for a child.  This is to be done through the nose and out through the nose only.  I will attach a video to follow the sounds of bells so you are not counting in your head while trying to breath.

Try this process to help fall asleep, negotiate adverse feelings, invasive thoughts or overwhelmed expectations.  This is the start of not being subject to your mind/body’s experience but be informed by it.

Make it Happen!  You are worth it.
