Our acupuncturist Jen uses Shockwave therapy as a physical therapy for a number of conditions.

Shockwave therapy is used to increase circulation around soft tissue injury, break down calcified deposits, stimulate cells and reduce pain. Great for back and neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain and plantar fasciitis.

Also it can be an effective treatment for Erectile Dysfunction.

I can't say enough good things about CT Center for Natural Health, specifically Dr. Keli Samuelson. I made an appointment when I was not getting support from my PCP or other doctors about my symptoms, and was feeling like I would never get to the bottom of it. I saw Dr. Samuelson and she ordered extremely comprehensive bloodwork, met with me when the results came in and created a plan for me that has truly made a night and day difference in how I feel. Would strongly recommend for anyone who is feeling like they will never get to the bottom of their symptoms, or want to manage them in a more holistic way. 10/10 helped me turn my health around!

Over the course of the time I have been working with Jennifer, she has helped me multiple times for different symptoms and has gone above and beyond to assist my body back to balance.She is a no-frills, honest professional and has your best interest at hand. I have been seeing Dr. Kane for several years and have had so many health issues resolved! He is excellent! He always has helpful advice and is up on all holistic treatments that are helpful for whatever the issue is. It's great to have a place to go where the treatments recommended are so effective with no side effects. I also see Jen Dubicki for acupuncture and she is also excellent at what she does. She has treated me for neck issues, stress, and other problems and the treatment is always very effective. Everyone at CT Center for Natural Health is great and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going there for treatment!
I’ve been with Jen for about it five years now and she does an excellent job. She has helped with my TMJ, severe knots in my neck and shoulders, swollen knees and she helped with my carpal tunnel- one wrist is back to normal now which is important for my cleaning business! I recommend her to everyone I know and after 5 years I refuse to let anyone else near me with needles!
I was there this past summer. And been enjoying the benefits of the information I garnered ever since.
Dr. Samuelson is fantastic. She explains thoroughly and in terms easy to understand. She put me on a regimen of supplements increasing my bone density by 14%, which negated my osteoporosis diagnosis. Also helped me with my acid reflux and post-menopausal issues.
I have been a patient here since 2001! My most intense experience began after routine bloodwork showed liver numbers indicating a possibility of many scary diagnoses. This led down the pathway of testing for all kinds of things, rather than treating the imbalance my liver was presenting. Dr. Kane listened to my situation and looked at all my bloodwork and literally walked me next door to Jenn who treated ME, from day 1. Jenn LISTENS, which is great but honestly she can treat me without a lot of input, she just knows how to get the bodily functions in balance thru acupuncture and Chinese herbal meds that are high quality and very well resourced and not expensive.My medical doctor, supposedly the chief liver doc, laughed at me when I told him that I thought my liver numbers went back to normal due to acupuncture and complementary herbal meds! I’m an even better health than I was previous to my liver issues because Jenn treats me and my entire system. I’m so grateful to Dr Kane and his practice and his decision to refer me to Jenn. I have recommended this practice to numerous friends.
I see Jen for Shockwave and Accupuncture. In the time that I’ve been seeing her, an old injury has made great improvements through Shockwave and Accupuncture. Additionally, she treats “anything that ails me” with Accupuncture. She knows, before I tell her, what might be “wrong” that day and treats all the things, like respiratory and digestive problems. She also has cured my lower back pain, my tight hamstrings, and sometimes gives me an accupuncture facial! Try it; you’ll like it!
Dr. Keli Samuelson at the Connecticut Center for Natural Health is an amazing practitioner. She has decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge about health and healing using natural methods.I have been referring patients from my practice to Dr. Samuelson for over 10 years and she always takes great care of them. Her devotion to her patients is admirable and she truly is a wonderful doctor.
The doctors at this practice are beyond knowledgeable and truly care about the health and well being of their patients. On multiple occasions they have caught something my primary care has missed. They are such a wealth of knowledge.The office is also so clean and enjoyable to be in. All staff members are friendly and kind. Plus the onsite pharmacy makes it so easy and makes being a healthier individual so accessible.

For many years I have gone to several different alternative treatment centers across CT. All of my experiences were positive but by far the best center I have been too is The CT. CENTER FOR NATURAL HEALTH. I have been Dr. Jens patient for many years. She has always been professional personable and highly knowledgeable in many different treatments. There is nothing that she doesn't know about. She has helped me tremendously to recover from chronic injury and illness. I would highly recommend Dr. Jen and TCCFNH to anyone seeking alternative health care.
I have been a patient of Jen’s for over 2 years. When I first came to see her, my body felt completely broken, I had been failed by the Western Medicine System, and have had medical trauma because of my illness not making me LOOK sick.I remember when she first sat down with me at my initial consult and asked what was going on. The way that she validated everything that I said, after being dismissed for so long, I just remember sobbing because I just felt for once I was actually listened to and she actually GOT what was going on.I am SO grateful that my doctor referred me to this practice and that I ended up seeing Jen. My pain level has gone down so significantly, all the medications I was taking don’t even come close to the relief I get from Jen’s treatments. She has also helped me with finding the right Chinese herbs, and they are actually affordable! I believe I only pay $40/month for both of the supplements.If you are dealing with chronic pain, see Jen! She is absolutely incredible at what she does. I had acupuncture several times before with another acupuncturist and it honestly did not help…Jen uses more needles which equals more pain relief, and longer lasting relief, and it does not hurt one bit! She also does cupping, which helps so much. And then sitting with the heat light on you when the needles are in…listening to soft relaxing music in the dark…it feels like a vacation! She is super gentle. She is also incredibly validating of what is going on with me, and personally she is a very warm, attentive, and supportive e person. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Cannot give her high enough recommendations!
My family started coming to see Dr Kane and found great success in healing ourselves holistically. Myself, I was able to reverse my thyroid issues and my husband lower cholesterol and BP. The shining star of this establishment is their acupuncturist Jen! She is absolutely amazing and has cured our daughter’s epilepsy through expertise and care. I have been seeing Jennifer Dubicki for acupuncture for about the last 8 months…and to say her treatments have been life-altering is an understatement. I have been to several Acupuncturists in the past, but none of them have come close to the relief and benefits I get from my sessions with Jen.She is so skilled in what she does, and she not only does pain management, as I originally started seeing her for my torn rotator cuff, but she has literally helped to rebalance my entire nervous system, I honestly don’t know WHERE I would be if it wasn’t for seeing her twice a week these last months. She has truly been a life-saver, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.It is rare to find an Accupuncturist who does body, mind, and soul, and really puts an emphasis on Mental Health. I cannot say enough great things about Connecticut Center for Natural Health. I have been seeing Jen for acupuncture and Dr. Kane for my doctor. They have both been so incredibly helpful in my healing journey and the knowledge that they have is outstanding. I deal with chronic pain as well as anxiety and depression at times and having acupuncture and cupping done with Jen has completely changed my life for the better. She’s so caring, thoughtful, understanding and truly wants to help people. I’ve never felt more care and concern than I do with her she truly makes you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. And I take it seriously; and for that matter, I don't hand out 5-star reviews like candy from a Pez dispenser.With that being said, Connecticut Center for Natural Health is a hidden gem for naturopathy and specifically, acupuncture.Firstly, Dr. Michael Kane... he totally healed my daughter's gut through natural means; when conventional medicine wanted to prescribe Prilosec (bad for nutrition absorption). He is a healer... full stop.Dr. Samuelson helped a dear friend of ours, who was trying to conceive, get her nutrition/diet right; along with suggesting acupuncture. The result: they are expecting their first child. 😊But finally, and most importantly, we have had a tremendously-impactful, clinical relationship withAcupuncturist Dr. Jen Dubicki. She said to us at the beginning... "people come to me when they are out of options."Well, Dr. Jen has been the most efficacious "option" for our family of 6. For me, she helped re-work my gut and fight SIBO the natural way with a combo of acupuncture and supplements (which work!); and not $10k drugs.For my wife, she has helped her with several maladies - parasites, extreme peri-menopausal symptoms (which are excruciating) and with severe sciatic pain.For my kids, she partnered/tag-teamed with Dr. Kane on my daughter's temple gut (no glutton/dairy problem); and for the rest of my children, let me count the ways: helped them fight fever & disease with proper needling; ward off walking pneumonia (thru needling & supplements).Dr. Jen is almost like a PCP, which she was actually licensed as in Florida. She treats the whole body, literally... including Achilles pain/ligament stagnation, plus low-back issues (tightness/soreness/stiffness) with cupping.Put simply, Dr. Jen has been a Godsend for our family. I absolutely love this Center. I have been seeing Jen the accupuncturist for 2 years consistently every week and she has significantly improved a health concern for me through accupuncture and herbs. I cannot say enough about her knowledge and how effective in healing accupuncture has been for me. She is extremely concientious and focused on her client's needs. I only wish I had found Jen sooner. I have also seen both Dr. Kane and Dr. Samuelson for the last two years who work in conjuction with Jen as a team focused on your health concerns. I highly recommend this center and this approach to healthcare for everyone.
I was scheduled for gall bladder surgery due to gallstones. I immediately went to Dr. Kane, who suggested I mix two over-the-counter natural ingredients in warm water twice a day. Several days later, the nausea and discomfort disappeared. I informed my primary physician, and was sent for another imaging scan, which revealed NO gallstones! Thank you, Dr. Kane, for saving me from surgery!

I am feeling so much better after identifying which vitamins I am deficient in and a few tricks for maintaining optimal health and wellness in your 50s ! She is a wealth of knowledge and working together with her and my GP, I've never felt better !
At 42 years old, I’ve never been to ANY doctor before takes their time like this to listen to all you’ve got going on with your health & actually CARES. I wish that naturopathic doctors were taken MORE serious than P.C.’s. Holistic has helped me the most. Thank you Doctor Kane for treating me like a human being that matters. I have been going to Dr.Michael Kane for more than 10 years. He is incredible. He is such a caring person, he takes time to listen and understand. Dr. Kane is phenomenal. I started working with him several years ago. He helped me to boost my immune system. Now, I rarely get sick. His intervention was life changing for me.
I’m very happy to have found Dr. Kane at CT Center for Natural Health! He has helped a lot with identifying foods that trigger my ibs symptoms. I’ve taken the detox program twice which I found helpful both times. I take far less medication and feel better overall. Way less general anxiety and my ibs is now what I would consider manageable. My favorite thing about this practice is that it fits into my life. I don’t feel pressured to take a lot of supplements or to change in a way that doesn’t work for me. Dr. Mike provides resources and education, has given me many tips that I’ve been easily able to fit into my routines, but doesn’t criticize when I make not so healthy choices.

He is a great resource for for discussion of nutrition, exercise, fasting, and a detailed evaluation of blood test results. I have been seeing Dr Kane for over ten years now and he is absolutely amazing!! He has helped me through an autonomic nervous system issue that is not easily diagnosed along with a multitude of stomach issues!! He helped my husband with gi issues as well and saw my young son. He spends time with you and does not rush you through any appointment. Besides being informative and knowledgeable he is also compassionate and caring. I've been going to Dr. Kane for over 10 years now. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues that my primary care physician could not. He figures out what is causing symptoms rather then just treating them. I highly recommend Dr. Kane and this practice.
