Each section represents a different organ system
Color and Coating represents problems in the body as well.
Example Dusky Purple = Blood Stasis/ Circulation issues
Pale tongue = Qi or Blood Deficiency
Teeth Marks = Spleen Deficiency (often week digestive system)
cracks often mean a deficiency in that organ system.
Papulules mean stasis or heat.
Coating color can tell the practitioner what is going on in the body as well.
