Groups will meet on Friday afternoons to discuss life’s struggles and engage in the practice of intentional breath to negotiate stress and reframe its purpose

You will learn practical skills to implement in your daily routine to shift your experiences in relation to what stresses you the most  all are welcome Adolescents, Adults  and Couples
