INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING A SUPPLEMENT ORDER:
• In order to serve you efficiently please follow the instructions below.
• For your security we do not keep credit card information on file.
• All orders must be prepaid before shipping.
THERE ARE 2 DESIGNATED VOICEMAIL BOXES FOR PLACING ORDERS:
You must use the correct box for your order to be processed correctly.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR SHIPPED ORDERS:
Orders placed after 3:00 pm will not be review until the next business day. Please allow up to 1 business day for orders to be fully processed and shipped.
• Your name (spell last name) and phone where you can be reached regarding your order.
• Address (no PO Boxes)
• Name and description of product including milligrams and # of capsules per jar for each item you are ordering.
• Leave Visa/MC #, expiration date & 3-digit code on back of the card.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR PICK-UP ORDERS:
Orders may take up to 2 hours to process. Orders left after 3:00 pm will not be processed until the next business day. Pick-ups are from 815am- 445pm, M-TH. We do request that all orders are prepared, if possible.

Return Policy
We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition of most products within 60 days if accompanied by a receipt. To be fully credited for such returns you must call and provide return details, including invoice date as well as your name and the reason for the return. A restocking fee may be applicable. Perishable, cold items, essential oils and tinctures are non-returnable. Special orders are also non-returnable as stated on the special order form.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and call us immediately with the invoice date. We will do all we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
