Corona virus protocol for CCH

All Patients will be screened for their current health status.

If they have fever, cough or shortness of breath or If patients have known exposure to someone with the above symptoms, we will be referring them to the urgent care or emergency room for evaluation or treatment. Or have them call the Coronavirus hotline for support.

Visit options

For the safety of our patients;

We will be encouraging all patients who do not need a physical evaluation, to have their office visits by phone.

The option for an office visit still exists if you desire to come into the office.

Immune support advice

If you want to talk to your doctor about ways to improve your immune system function call and schedule a ten minute phone office visit.

Supplements

If you need supplements you will be able to place your order over the phone and give us your credit card and we will have your supplements ready for pick up.

Shipping

We are encouraging the shipping option for supplement orders.

We have reduced our shipping fee to $4.00 so that shipping will be a more affordable option. We ship USPS and UPS most orders arrive within two days. Orders over $100.00 ship for free.

Drugs to avoid

NSAIDS like Ibuprofen not recommended. For fever control use Tylenol.

Steroid use is not recommended

Albuterol use is not recommended.

Diet

Avoid sugar and alcohol as they can suppress the immune system.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies and good sources of protein.

Keep well hydrated

Go outside and hike, walk, run and bike.

Home workouts there are many exercises that just use your own body weight, planks, push up, wall squats, lunges.

Social

Meet friends for a hike or a walk in your neighborhood, 5 feet of spatial distance is recommended.

Use social media for interaction.

Skype or face time with those you need to visually connect with.

With more home time you could tackle home projects and have more family time. Teach your children how to cook their favorite meals.
